I participated in the EMBO workshop "Plant evolution: from origins to diversification on land" held in Vienna.
At the conference, I was able to hear presentations from many prominent researchers, and also discuss my own research. To my surprise, there were several presentations on research using the genus Closterium, which made me feel that it was quite well known.
