2. biochemical methods
Purification of physiologically active substances, production of recombinant proteins, SDS electrophoresis, western blotting

3． Physiological methods, microscopic observation
Physiological activity and phenotypic analysis of transformants and gene-disrupted strains, indirect fluorescent antibody method using confocal laser microscopy, two-photon spinning disk confocal microscopy
