帝京大学理工学部の篠村知子教授との共同研究論文が、Journal of Plant Research誌に掲載されました。

東大・土松研との共同研究論文 "Extensive Copy Number Variation Explains Genome Size Variation in the Unicellular Zygnematophycean Alga, Closterium peracerosum-strigosum-littorale complex" がGenome Biology and Evolution誌に受理されました

山本荷葉子さんを筆頭著者とする論文 "Expanded male and female sex-determining regions conserved during the evolution of homothallism in the green alga Volvox africanus"がiScience誌に掲載されました。

ヒメミカヅキモのゲノム解読と接合型決定遺伝子の同定に関する論文 "A divergent RWP-RK transcription factor determines mating type in heterothallic Closterium"が, New Phytologist誌に掲載され、プレスリリースされました。

Seminars in Cell and Developmental Biology誌に、Review article "Zygnematophycean algae: possible models for cellular and evolutionary biology"が公表されました。大髙きぬ香助教が筆頭著者になっています。

ヒメミカヅキモのエレクトレポレーションを用いた形質転換についての論文 "Highly efficient transformation of the model zygnematophycean alga Closterium peracerosum-strigosum-littorale complex by square-pulse electroporation"が、New Phytologist誌に掲載されました。学術研究員の川井絢子さんを筆頭著者にしています。

京都大学の荒木先生、Gregor Mendel InstituteのBerger先生を始めとした国際共同研究に加わり、その成果が、Nature Communications誌に受理されました。

New Phytologist誌のTansley insightsに、ミカヅキモの有性生殖研究のモデル植物化をまとめたreviewが掲載されました。

ヒメミカヅキモの新規交配群に関する論文が、J. Plant Res.誌に受理されました。これは、土金助教を中心に、卒研生、大学院生の研究内容をまとめたものです。

CRISPR/Cas9システムを適用し、ヒメミカヅキモのCpRLP1遺伝子の機能解析を行った研究成果が、Scientific Reports誌に掲載されました。
