OUe new research article "Unexpected diversity of dye-decolorizing peroxidases" was published in Biochemistry and Biophysics Reports. This study was done based on in silico analyses of many DyP-type peroxidases in UniProt database. We believe this study open up a new frontier for research of DyP-type peroxidases. We have presented the characterization of new class V DyP-type peroxidase from Streptomyces avermitilis, which is a famous actinomycetes producing Avermectin (Ivermectin) . So far, most studies of class V DyPs have been done based on fungi. On the other hand, this study has been focused on prokaryote. This original article is an open access. Our new study entitled "Degradation of antifungal anthraquinone compounds is a probable physiological role of DyP secreted by Bjekandera adusta" has been accepted and published in AMB Express (https://doi.org/10.1186/s13568-019-0779-4). This is quite a novel knowledge for the physiological role of DyP from Bjekandera adusta.
